What to expect
After the initial discussion about your project, we will arrange a design visit with you at home, or on site.
Lacuna Design is following all the safety guidelines during the Covid-19 pandemic. If you have any specific requirements please do call us.
With the information gathered from this visit, along with detailed measurements, photographs and your wish list, we will produce a draft design of the intended scheme, tailored to suit your specific requirements.
We will make arrangements to present the design in our presentation suite, or at your home and show you enhanced 3D images of what can be achieved for the space in question. We will also give you an estimated figure of the costs involved for the project.
If you like the look of things after the presentation and wish to move things along, the next step is payment of the design fee. At this stage we can then visit our partner showrooms together, select samples of doors, colours etc and book the installation survey. Work will then begin on a more detailed specification for your project.
The information from the installation survey allows us to adjust the design, accurately price for the work and send you the Design Pack. If you wish to go ahead, we will require a deposit to order the goods and book the work into our schedule.
Once we have received the deposit payment, we will draw up contract paperwork and give you a confirmed delivery and installation date.
