Lacuna Design have recently been working to update our bathroom and to install a new kitchen and utility room. Some nine weeks later, we are delighted with the transformation.
We decided to ask Lacuna to carry out this work as we were impressed with their thorough attention to detail during the design process and their efficient persistence in sourcing appropriate products to make the working areas of our home fit for 21st century living.
When the fitters began work, we soon realized we were in safe hands. They paid so much attention to detail, and were extremely hard working, punctual and tidy. Not least the quality of their work is excellent and their practical skills extend to several disciplines.

We were very pleased with our Kitchen from Lacuna, it was exactly what we wanted and they made it very easy with two young kids and a puppy in the mix. The units were all built off-site which meant less time installing. Very pleased with our modern handless grey doors! Nice to support a local business rather than one of the bigger chains too, and I feel like we got a more bespoke service (and, for the record, we had a small budget which Howard was able to work with!).

What an enjoyable experience: the design process was relatively straightforward, and they made the many changes that I requested with good grace. The attention to detail when fitting the kitchen has made a relatively inexpensive product look like a million dollar bespoke kitchen! Lacuna’s fitters were by far the most professional workers we have had on the site, and definitely the tidiest.
